NLAC STAFF OPPORTUNITES
Our staff are caring, trained leaders who are enthusiastic and eager about our mission and about helping to create lifelong memories and relationships for campers that grow from a week spent together at camp. They are passionate about, fun, safety, and the NLAC's mission.
When we hire staff, we focus on two areas: spiritual growth and leadership development. We are looking to pour into and develop individuals who are already high-capacity people.

We are accepting resumes for the following Staff positions: Program Director, Senior Girls and Boys Cabin Leader, Cook and Maintenance / Program Support.

We area always looking for volunteers at NLAC! Volunteering is a great option for anyone who is looking to someday be on paid staff, for those who love to work with kids, and for those looking for an adventure! Our volunteers go through an interview process and are given spiritual and leadership training just like staff. Volunteers at NLAC may get to try a little bit of everything: cabin leading, kitchen, and maintenance.
